Dark Web Intelligence
Proactively defend customers when they’re unknowingly compromised
Dark Web Intelligence is used to proactively fight fraud and has proven to substantially reduce losses. This intelligence contains three sets of data feeds curated from the Dark and Deep Web, malware networks, botnets and other technical infrastructure used by cybercriminals and fraudsters to commit financial crime.
Using this intelligence, NICE Actimize delivers real, actionable data on your customers’ compromised accounts before they are attacked. Q6 Cyber’s experienced security and intelligence analysts are embedded in the underground and communicate with native fluency in many languages, adding a critical layer of human intelligence.
Three Curated Intelligence Feeds
With decades of experience, Q6 Cyber security experts collect and analyze massive volumes of data to track security events and provide intelligence on bad actors. NICE Actimize help financial institutions deliver a strong customer experience as well as prevent fraud losses by interweaving three major feeds in their analyses:
- Identity Fraud & Account Takeovers: This data feed contains compromised details that can be used to identify customers that are at a high risk of takeover - before it happens. It includes details such as name, email address, phone number, IP address or SSN that can be used to match against existing customers.
- Compromised Payment Cards: This data feed includes debit, prepaid, credit and gift cards that have been compromised and are at high risk of fraud. These are cards that have been harvested by cybercriminals or are trading on the Dark Web criminal marketplace and have a higher likelihood of experiencing fraudulent transactions within days or weeks.
- Mule Accounts: This data feed contains financial mule accounts that are associated with fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime across financial institutions. The feed contains actionable data such as name, email address, phone number or bank account number that can be used to match against existing customers or transaction details.
