Why We Did It?
NTR-X has been driven by demands of our clients and exacerbated by recent market conditions like COVID-19, demand for work from home flexibility, and the increasing adoption of Unified Communications and Cloud. Over two years ago, our clients asked NICE to build a new recording system which is:

The 5 Building Blocks of NTR-X
In order to meet these requirements, NICE developed NTR-X. NTR-X helps to simplify compliance management in an increasingly complex world by providing enhanced recording, archiving and compliance assurance capabilities in a single next generation platform. Five key building blocks were identified and built into the platform to support current and future compliance demands.
