NICE Expands Capabilities of the NTR-X Omnichannel Trade Recording Solution with the Movius Secure Communications Platform

Because of the regulations and complexities arising from new communication modalities, remote, distributed workforces are widening compliance gaps and placing financial and energy trading firms at risk for fines and reputational damage. Because of this scenario, NICE expanded the mobile communications capabilities integrated within its NTR-X cloud, compliance recording and assurance solution. 

As part of this expansion, NICE recently announced an integration with Movius, a leading global provider of secure, cloud-based mobile communications. to address these challenges. By integrating with MultiLine™ by Movius, which offers a secure, mobile-first phone experience, employees can now utilize their business mobile identity to access Voice, SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, and other capabilities across mobile devices, laptops, tablets, and wearables, either through the Movius experience or Microsoft Teams™ endpoints. This integration provides financial services organizations with enhanced options to support compliance with regulations.  

This new integration with Movius is one of many mobile integrations now available with NTR-X, which also includes building on NICE Trading Recording, the widely deployed compliance recording platform in the financial services industry, NTR-X captures all modalities of regulated employee communications – traditional, unified, and mobile – in a single platform.  

Centralized approach to managing recording 

Offering a consolidated, centralized approach to managing recording estates and footprints, NICE’s NTR-X can be deployed globally, while still enabling firms to adhere to local capture and recordkeeping requirements. Offering financial services firms the benefit of a central vantage point into all global regulated users and communications, NICE’s NTR-X reduces regulatory risk, removing maintenance hurdles and reducing the need for costly, dedicated, local IT resources.
