Ian has over 25 years’ experience working with fraud prevention and detection solutions. In that time, he has implemented solutions for a number of major retail banks, card issuers and acquirers within EMEA and APAC.
He also provides consultancy and advisory services, helping customers to optimize their fraud practices and to achieve best practice. Ian has also worked on a number of fraud reduction initiatives helping customers to significantly reduce fraud losses.
He has worked at NICE Actimize for over 5 years and is currently a Principal Business Consultant within the Enterprise Consultancy and Advisory Practice (eCAP) team based in London.
Prior to working at Actimize, Ian worked for 17 years at FICO providing support and best practice to customers globally with their implementations of fraud detection solutions.
