Cindy Morgan-Olson is Head of Global PR and Analyst Relations and leads NICE Actimize’s efforts with top industry analyst firms, including Aite Group, CEB Tower, Celent, Chartis, and Gartner. With more than 20 years of experience in both agency and corporate PR roles, Ms. Morgan-Olson has led and managed a range of PR, AR, and research programs for leading B2B technology and financial services firms including Gartner, Deloitte, and Epiq Systems, to name a few. She has ghostwritten numerous editorial contributions, including submissions to the Financial Times and other major financial services and technology media, and has been a recipient of several Silver Anvil Awards for Best B2B campaigns in her previous work. Ms. Morgan-Olson holds a degree in Journalism from New York University, and a Master Certificate from the City University of New York in Human Resource Management.
